Proud of these!
Every day I’m thankful to be working in the publishing industry, especially with these great companies and the amazing people that helped bring these books into the world. Here we have it: our spring line up from Brindle & Glass Publishing and TouchWood Editions.

Outlander by Diana Gabaldon
I’ve always fancied men in kilts and Scottish brogues. Throw in time travel, historical fiction, romance, sadism, humour, fear, and a healthy dollop of erotica and what’s not to worship? (Obviously, I’ll be binge watching the series.) No. 4 on my challenge. Thanks for my signed copy, Mom!

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling
“And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.” —Dumbledore My favourite quote from my favourite character from my favourite Harry Potter book (which happens to have my favourite cover illustration). Dumbledore, I’ll miss you. No. 20 on my book challenge. Almost there.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling
I’m not going to lie; I really want to peruse Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes. Not my favourite of the series—this one was a bit long—but still incredible (obviously). No. 20 on my challenge. Can’t stop.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling
Wow. Just… wow. At first I thought, “SIX HUNDRED PAGES?!” Now I’m like, “Obviously. Six hundred pages. Totally makes sense.” SUCH a good read. Already reaching for Order of the Phoenix. Another for No. 20 on my challenge.

Cress by Marissa Meyer
Thorne is my favourite character in the series so far. He’s the comic relief. I’m pretty excited for book four.

Scarlet by Marissa Meyer
Love how she kept Cinder’s story going while focussing on a whole new set of characters. Red Riding Hood is bad ass. Kendra wrote a review for this one, too.

Fifty Shades Darker by E.L. James
I hate myself for saying it, but it’s really hard to put down. Like a train wreck. James skips around through plot lines and genres just as quickly as Ana skips back to bed.
