Fifty Shades Darker

I hate myself for saying it, but it’s really hard to put down. Like a train wreck. James skips around through plot lines and genres just as quickly as Ana skips back to bed.

Fifty Shades of Grey

Ironically enough, the page opposite this monstrosity in my book journal reads:

“Great literature is simply language charged with meaning to the utmost possible degree.”
—Ezra Pound.

HA!

Mockingjay

I know that the ending makes the most sense for the trilogy. I know that! Geez. Doesn’t mean I have to like it.

Catching Fire

I kept forgetting that this series is technically YA.

Hunger Games

Brilliant, really. A thrilling and desperate melange of The Lord of the Flies, Gladiator, and Survivor. Couldn’t put it down.

The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer

Twilight SagaI was team Edward until Taylor Lautner took off his shirt. I switched back when Jacob imprinted on Renesmee. That was weird.

Both the books and the movies are deliciously terrible. Definitely a guilty pleasure.
