A few thoughts: – Stanley Tucci! – I miss Shia. – Product placement ahoy. – Mark Wahlberg is hilarious as an over-protective dad. – Mr. Boyfriend Driver Man’s accent is ridiculously sexy. – WAIT! Are those transforming dinosaurs? TRUCK YES they are! – Could this be any longer?

I’m not at all surprised that Julianne Moore won an Oscar for this movie. She was amazing. I’m still scared of Alzheimer’s.

The Good Guy
I adore Bryan Greenberg. And Alexis Bledel. And Anna Chlumsky (you know, Vada from My Girl). Even Scott Porter wasn’t as annoying as usual (clearly, I mean Hart of Dixie). All in all, this was “fresh and original.”

This movie taught me: 1) How the NFL draft works. 2) That Tom Welling can still turn my crank. Man, that guy’s attractive. Kevin Costner ain’t nothing to shake a stick at, either. 3) That apparently Jennifer Garner isn’t always annoying.

Barely Lethal
A movie about a rogue teenage secret agent who runs away from her super covert assassin school to attend regular high school, starring Samuel L. Jackson, Jessica Alba, that chick who plays Sansa Stark, and Louis Litt’s scary fiancée Sheila sounds awesome, right? Too bad it wasn’t. Watch ONLY if you enjoyed Prom.
